Cashew Powder<br />3 tbsp. Desicated Coconut<br />Salt<br />Black Pepper<br />Wheat Flour<br /><br />For Green Chilli Paste:-<br />½ cup Coriander Leaves<br />1 Green Chilli<br />2 tbsp. Groundnut<br />4-5 Garlic cloves<br /><br /><br />Method:-<br />- In a bowl mash the purple yam and potato together.<br />- In a mixer/grinder, grind all the green chilli paste ingredients to a smooth paste.<br />- Add the green chilli paste to the mashed potatoes and purple yam.<br />- Now add cashew powder, desicated coconut, salt and black pepper. Mix well.<br />- Make kabab shapes of the mixture as shown in the video.<br />- Apply wheat flour to the kababs.<br />- Grease a pan and fry the kababs on it until brown in colour.<br /><br />Purple Yam Kababs are ready to eat!<br />
